How to Reserve a Puppy from Alpine Bernedoodles

To reserve a spot on our master deposit waitlist, you must first submit a Puppy Application here for approval. Once your application is approved, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit.

  • Separate Waitlists: We maintain separate lists for each type and generation of Bernedoodle.

  • Flexible Options: Deposits are transferable between types and sizes.

  • Guarantee: While we cannot guarantee specific colors or sizes, we can guarantee a happy, healthy new family member.

  • Timeframe: You must choose your puppy within 2 years of placing your deposit.

Please note: At this time, we do not offer any puppies for breeding purposes.

How the Waitlist Works

Once your application is approved and deposit is received:

    You’ll be added to the master waitlist in the order your deposit was received.

    We respect family privacy and do not display the master list on our website.

    Email updates will be sent for both Summer and Winter Breeding cycles. Picking lists will then be sent for each current litter prior to Waitlist Pick Date.

When puppies are 6 weeks old, they’ll be available for selection in order of the master deposit list. We will contact you via phone, text, or email, so please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.

  • Response Time: You must respond within 12 hours of being contacted with your puppy selection. If we don’t hear back, we will move to the next person on the list.

  • Passing on a Litter: You may remain on the list if you pass on a litter. However, if prices change before the next opportunity to choose, the new price will apply.

Visitation Policy

Due to the health risks for young puppies (e.g., Parvo, Distemper) and the stress it can cause for mother dogs, we only allow one visit per family on the deposit list.

If you’d like to visit and pick out your puppy in person, arrangements must be made in advance by contacting Kathryn.

Final Payment and Pick-Up Details

    Payment Timeline: Full payment, along with any transport fees, must be made within 3 days of choosing your puppy.

    No Same-Day Payments: Payments on puppy pick-up day are not accepted unless prior arrangements have been made.

    Pick-Up Timeline: Puppies will be ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age.

We will hold your puppy through the initial pick-up week for 7 days. After that, we charge $20.00/day boarding fee and additional vaccinations, if necessary.
